১. সেবার বিবরণ1. The Service
Bartalap একটি AI-চালিত গ্রাহক সেবা ও CRM প্ল্যাটফর্ম যা Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram ও Website চ্যানেলে কাজ করে। আমরা সময়ে সময়ে ফিচার যোগ, পরিবর্তন বা বন্ধ করতে পারি। Bartalap is an AI-powered customer service and CRM platform that works across Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, and website channels. We may add, change, or discontinue features from time to time.
২. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও দায়িত্ব2. Account & Responsibility
- সঠিক তথ্য দিয়ে অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হবে।You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- আপনার লগইন তথ্যের নিরাপত্তা আপনার দায়িত্ব।You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- আপনার AI যে তথ্য দিয়ে ট্রেন করা হয় এবং গ্রাহকদের যে উত্তর দেওয়া হয়, তার দায়িত্ব আপনার।You are responsible for the data you train your AI on and the answers given to your customers.
৩. গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার3. Acceptable Use
আপনি Bartalap ব্যবহার করে বেআইনি, প্রতারণামূলক, ক্ষতিকর বা স্প্যাম কার্যকলাপ করবেন না। লঙ্ঘন হলে আমরা অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করতে পারি। You may not use Bartalap for any illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or spam activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
৪. পেমেন্ট ও সাবস্ক্রিপশন4. Payment & Subscription
- ৭ দিনের ফ্রি ট্রায়ালের পর প্ল্যান বেছে নিলে মাসিক চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।After the 7-day free trial, monthly charges apply once you choose a plan.
- আপনি যেকোনো সময় সাবস্ক্রিপশন বাতিল করতে পারেন; বাতিলের পর চলতি বিলিং চক্রের শেষ পর্যন্ত সেবা চালু থাকে।You may cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
- দাম পরিবর্তন হলে আগে থেকে জানানো হবে।We will notify you in advance of any price changes.
৫. AI সম্পর্কিত দাবিত্যাগ5. AI Disclaimer
AI প্রতিক্রিয়া আপনার দেওয়া তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে তৈরি হয় এবং সবসময় নিখুঁত নাও হতে পারে। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়ে মানব তত্ত্বাবধান রাখার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়। AI responses are generated based on the data you provide and may not always be accurate. We recommend human oversight for important matters.
৬. দায়সীমা6. Limitation of Liability
আইন অনুমোদিত সর্বোচ্চ সীমা পর্যন্ত, সেবা ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো পরোক্ষ বা পারিণামিক ক্ষতির জন্য Bartalap দায়ী থাকবে না। সেবা "যেমন আছে" ভিত্তিতে প্রদান করা হয়। To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bartalap is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is".

আমরা সময়ে সময়ে এই শর্তাবলী আপডেট করতে পারি। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তন হলে আপনাকে জানানো হবে। We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes.
